Video Conferencing and Virtual Participation in our signings and or asset verification. Often times on complicated transactions and or for special clients we have been asked to conference in Title companies, Bank representatives, other Family Members, or Business Representatives. Usually, this is in commercial transactions, complicated signings, for Customers that prefer to have Title or Lenders representatives at the table, or for those having a special interest in the signing. Our fee for this enhanced service is $40 and I hope that should you need this type of enhanced service you will consider using it.
