This is an example of a NY Remote Online Notarization pursuant to New York Executive Order 202.7, now extended until April 29, 2020. Although the video of the notarization does not need to be recorded, the New York Secretary of State has indicated that a best practices process would be to capture and record it on video. We have chosen to capture the signing from the notaries perspective only, as to privacy concerns related to the signer.
